Troy Gallus grew up in Minnesota, attending Bloomington Jefferson High School and was honored to letter in hockey all three years he was eligible. He was voted to be the team’s captain his Junior and Senior years and was a major component of his team, leading them to a 24-1 record his senior year (lost to Lee’s team) and a top five place ranking nationally. He hung up his skates for a few years and went to study accounting at Marquette University where he played lacrosse. He also captained that team from his sophomore year onward. He moved to Utah during the summer of 2020, and has been spending his time exploring the area, avoiding COVID, and working.
