1. Development of advanced skills: skating, puck control, passing and checking

2. Development of Hockey IQ - Teaching situations offensively and defensively

3. Development of positional skills - Forwards, Defense and Goalies

4. Improving Compete Level with Small Area Games

5. Development of strength and overall athleticism in dryland session

6. Emphasizing elite habits and expectations seen at the advanced levels of hockey
